Algorized secures USD 13 million Series A funding

12.02.2026 13:44 Rita Longobardi

Algorized has raised USD 13 million in Series A financing to advance its Physical AI platform for industrial robotics. The company converts existing wireless sensor infrastructure into human-aware perception systems, enabling machines to operate safely and continuously in complex environments. The funding will accelerate international deployment and product development.

While generative AI focuses on language, Physical AI must interpret real-world interactions between people and machines. Algorized’s foundation models use standard wireless technologies such as Ultra-Wideband (UWB), mmWave, and Wi-Fi to digitize environments based on physics rather than cameras. By analyzing micro-motions and vital signs directly at the edge, the system detects human presence and intent with ultra-low latency.

This approach allows robots to operate beyond traditional “detect-and-stop” safety systems. Machines can function through occlusion, dust, and low-light conditions, reducing unnecessary interruptions while maintaining high safety standards. The Predictive Safety Engine enables industrial robots to respond to human behavior in real time, supporting closer and more efficient human-robot collaboration.

Top100 Swiss Startup and Venture Leaders Mobile program participant Algorized is deploying its technology with automotive and industrial groups in Europe and the United States. The Series A capital will support the scaling of commercial deliveries, further development of proprietary intent-prediction models, and the expansion of engineering and support operations in Switzerland and Silicon Valley. The round was led by Run Ventures, with participation from the Amazon Industrial Innovation Fund, Acrobator Ventures, and existing shareholders.
