Brain surgery demands precise access to deep targets while preserving critical tissue, yet most procedures still rely on static pre-operative imaging. Clee Medical is developing an ultra-high-resolution, real-time imaging and AI platform that enables continuous visualization and interpretation of brain tissue during surgery. By combining novel intraoperative imaging with machine learning, our system provides dynamic insight into anatomy, vasculature, and tissue composition to support real-time navigation and tissue differentiation at the point of intervention. This creates a new intelligence layer in the OR, improving precision, safety, and scalability of neurosurgery. Clee Medical was founded in 2024 after years of research at the Wyss Geneva.
